I have known Mr. Alejandro Sucre since 1983, when I was the Co-President and he was member of The Economic Council of the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Venezuela (FEDECAMARAS). Mr. Sucre was a very active economic advisor of the Board of Directors in the above mentioned Chamber for four (4) years.
