by an Otassca analyst and _ day per week of a Senior Associate.
These monthly fees varied depending up on the hours of services
to the company, and whether Otassca needed to outsource other professional
skills.
Rate of return to stockholders:
Many of the companies managed by Otassca started the turnaround
process with negative equity. In those cases it is mathematically
impossible to calculate the rate of returns to the stockholders
after Otassca implemented the workout plan. Nevertheless, in most
cases Otassca did complete the workout process resulting in critical
equity increments to original investors.
