Eduardo A. Fernandez: has worked as a senior international consultant with more than 17 years of experience specializing in structured finance, capital Leasing and management; Project Finance and International Business management and Development.

Also, he has experience working in joint venture deals in Spain, Germany and USA in addition to many countries in the Latin America region.

Mr. Fernandez has substantial cross-border transactional experience with private project finance and management which includes working as senior consultant in The International Finance Corporation IFC in Washington DC (World Bank Group) as well as Executive Vice President of The Andean Development Corporation CAF in the Andean Region in Latin America. He has contributed for many years to the Publication of EUROMONEY in the Yearbook of International Capital Leasing, and has been invited as speaker in Mexico, El Salvador, Argentina, Ecuador, Italy and USA in the subject of Structured Finance and Capital and operating Leasing. Fernandez has being Lecturer and Professor at Drexel University in Philadelphia Pa. as well as Universidad Catolica Andres Bello-UCAB and Metropolitana-UNIMET in Caracas Venezuela. He holds a Master Science in Planning and Management from Stanford University and also a Master degree in Government Administration from The University of Pennsylvania.He holds also an Engineer degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas. and has completed the Stanford Executive Program S.C. at The Stanford University Business school where he is a member of the Alumni Asociation.
