Carlos Egaña: is a Mechanical Engineer with a background in Foundry management, Quality, Cost Accounting and General Management for Manufacturing plants. He has recently completed a 3 year program at the Harvard Business School (The Owner/President Management Program).

He has performed designed, installed and managed foundries, machine shops and assembly plants for automotive castings, plumbing products and houseware products. He is President / owner of OrangeX a worldwide leader in Manual Citrus Juicers with operations in Venezuela and USA, and sales in Venezuela, USA, Canada, Germany, Holland, Belgium and New Zealand.

He is the Vice President of The Chamber of Industry in Aragua, the second largest industrial state in Venezuela.
