in Caracas, Venezuela in 1962 and he is the present president
of Desarrollos Otassca, C.A.
BS (Bachelor of Science) in Civil Engineer at Iowa State University
(1984); a degree (as a confirmation) in Civil Engineering at the
Central University of Venezuela (1987); a specialist degree in
Economics at the Catholic University Andrés Bello in Caracas
(1995); and he graduated from de XXX IESA Management Program for
Engineers in Caracas (1988).

President – Managing Director of SAN ANTONIO DEVELOPMENT FUND N.V. (2008) - Foreign investment company dedicated to comprehensively develop an area of 73 acres. Located in the metropolitan area of Caracas. Promoting through a Special Zoning Plan the physical integration (road and pedestrian connections) and functional (activities and uses) of the various lots of lands that makes up the St. Joseph's Seminary axis - Old Historic Pueblo El Hatillo. Hobbies: Mr Sucre enjoy playing Golf. In the past he was member of the Venezuelan Team for The South American Golf Tournament in Quito-Ecuador
